Richmond Annex is flat, compact and quick to work in once the van has arrived: post-war houses on short blocks either side of Carlson Blvd, a scattering of small apartment buildings, and shops facing San Pablo Ave. The usual visits are a house lockout at $109 to $189, a rekey after a move at $22 to $37 per cylinder, a garage side door that never had a lock worth the name, replaced at $105 to $285, and the occasional storefront deadlatch at $139 to $435. Arrival runs about twenty-four minutes by I-80 or San Pablo Ave.
Give a cross street with the address. Blocks in the Annex are short and several street names continue across the El Cerrito line, which is where a wrong turn usually happens.
Richmond Annex is at the edge of our East Bay coverage, so arrival runs about 24 minutes. Every service and price on this site applies there without a distance surcharge.

FAQ
Asked about Richmond Annex
Twenty-four minutes is the longest number on this site. Why?+
It is simply the far end of the coverage, reached by I-80 or San Pablo Ave. The Annex itself is flat and quick to work in once the van has arrived. Distance adds nothing to the figure; only the hour does, and that is stated inside the total before you agree to anything.
Street names here continue into El Cerrito. What should I give you?+
A cross street along with the house number. Blocks in the Annex are short, several names run straight across the city line, and that is where a wrong turn happens. Carlson Blvd, and which side of it you are on, is the useful thing to name if you are not sure what else to give.
