Terms of Service

Every job is priced on the telephone before a technician is sent. That figure includes the $89 service call and is what you pay — it cannot grow at the doorstep. Scope you add on site is quoted separately and needs your agreement before work continues.

Figures published on these pages are typical ranges rather than offers. After-hours work carries flat additions — +$35 in the evening, +$70 overnight — and they are inside the total you hear on the call.

Technicians confirm that whoever asks for entry has the right to it: identification showing the address, a tenancy agreement, a vehicle registration or a landlord on the phone. Service is refused where that right cannot be established, and no fee is charged for the refusal beyond the call-out already agreed.

Non-destructive methods are tried first as a matter of course. If drilling becomes the only way in, we stop, explain why, and wait for your explicit go-ahead along with an agreed price for the replacement hardware.

Workmanship is guaranteed for 90 days. Parts and hardware carry the manufacturer's own cover. The guarantee does not extend to misuse, to a later forced entry, or to work that somebody else has since altered.

Settlement is on completion, by card or contactless, with an itemised digital invoice sent afterwards. A cancellation or no-show fee, quoted at the time of booking, applies when a technician has been dispatched and reaches the address.

To the fullest extent the law permits, any claim arising from our services is limited to the sum paid for the job concerned. Liability that cannot be limited by law is untouched by this clause.
